The views and the rooms were amazing

A bit deserted and far away

A lovely hotel with excellent, very friendly staff.

For the price we paid, it was extremely disappointing to find so many insects, including ants and spiders, inside the villa. I had an infant with me, which made the situation even more worrying.

The rooms and the pool was very nice

The Western-style breakfast could be improved it’s a bit limited.At the same time, there is a rich buffet of Oriental dishes, which is less relevant for a Western belly audience at breakfast.

I like the view but the private pool has no privacy the stuff was helpful and attention

The place is a 10/10. It provides spacious pool villas with an outstanding view. The stuff were super friendly and helpful especially Jennie. It has everything you need.

Everything is exceptional, I had a pleasant stay. The whole resort staff were great from reception, breakfast staff, SPA staff, kids club staff and house keeping staff. I will definitely be back, i stayed for 7 nights as a family of 5 with a toddler to say that they were very friendly is honestly an understatement, i had so much fun there and i will definitely be back. A 10/10 stay couldn’t find a better accommodation than The Naka Phuket.

You have to arrange your self that shuttle from room and anywhere in the hotel takes to pick up 10-15 min so be ready and relax ?

Only one thing i don’t like it which is transfer between the facility in the hotel , take more time as you have to ask for car

There was nothing I disliked. Not a single thing. Every moment felt considered, every interaction uplifting. It’s rare to experience such a balance of luxury, privacy, and heartfelt hospitality.

I like everything, everything was good and the staff ( Jeen , Ying , Jan and Mahdi , the whole team along with the transportation team and the restaurant and beach team .thanks to everyone

What didn’t I like about the Naka Phuket! Without a doubt it’s once of the best hotel/resort that I have been to. From the aesthetics, to the ambiance the customer service, the location, the personal attention to detail. Literally everything was amazing. We indulged in a couples Spa that was excellent and special shoutout to Tom the Gym caretaker was always attentive to my needs while in the gym and also to Mehdi at the front office desk. He really made us feel welcome as we were home away from home. Amazing scenic views from our room (one pool villa High bay signature room). It was truly an experience. Would definitely go back again.

Nothing to do with the Hotel but we booked a Romantic dinner for two by the beach however due to the heavy rains it was cancelled. But this was just a tiny blip in our overall experience.

The privacy of my room ( private swimming villa) not all room has good privacy, but I was lucky I had a good room

Style, Decor, private beach, the food.. all radiates class!! Its a design hotel for sure.

Visited the naka for my honeymoon, it was beyond beautiful hotel and really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast could’ve had more options to cater to different pallets.

Everything about this place is beyond amazing from the staff the view the facilities, I would come again 100%I have never experienced such an amazing staff, so polite and fast

Only thing I didn’t like is the sofa was a bit old and stains over it, I assume people get out of the pool then go to sofa that’s why it’s damaged

The receptionist initially gave us a worn-out room with old furniture and a torn seating set. When we refused to accept the room and argued about the condition, she offered another room of the same poor standard, claiming that all rooms were fully booked. We asked to speak to the manager, and although the assistant manager was present and witnessed the entire conversation, she did not intervene to resolve the issue until after a long argument. She even tried to place the blame on us, saying they had sent a message informing us that the hotel was under maintenance — a message that was only sent after the booking was confirmed and the full non-refundable payment was charged. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standards expected from a hotel. The way we were treated was both unprofessional and disrespectful.
